PULSE
Pulse Balkans has been operating in the Western Balkans since 2019, dedicated to strengthening civil society and fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems in the region through innovative projects. Pulse Balkans operates as part of Pulse, a French international NGO specializing in social entrepreneurship across Europe and Africa.
MISSIONS
Based in our office in Belgrade, the Project and Partnerships Officer of Pulse Balkans will deliver :Task n°1: Coordination of Projects (50%)
– Manage the Interreg COOPOWER project, which aims to improve youth access to the labor market, in collaboration with the consortium:
o Develop local partnerships and organize events to achieve project objectives.
o Coordinate and deliver project activities in alignment with Pulse and consortium partners.
o Ensure effective communication about the project’s goals and progress.
– For all projects: ensure compliance with funding management standards, reporting requirements, quality benchmarks, and timelines.
– Contribute to the implementation of new projects in the region.
– Participate in the Project Management Taskforce at the Pulse level.
Task n°2 : Development and partnerships (50%)
– Identify and pursue funding opportunities for existing and new projects by:
– Monitoring potential funding sources.
– Engaging with prospects and partners through meetings and networking.
– Structure and formalize the development methodology for Pulse Balkans by:
o Updating development tools.
o Establishing regular routines (e.g., weekly/monthly activities).
– Contribute to / Lead the drafting and submission of funding proposals.
– Collaborate with and contribute to the Dev’ Pulse Community
To carry out these tasks, the Officer is required to :
– be trained in different areas : project management, development
– maintain regular contact with the entire Pulse community in the countries where we operate,
– use and enhance project management and Microsoft tools
– speak English and and a WB language if possible ; French is a plus
– carry out missions abroad (mainly in the Balkans).
Working conditions
– Start date: as soon as possible
– Work schedule: full-time or part-time
– Salary: based on profile
– Work location: office in a coworking space in Belgrade
