RISE: Empowering Innovation, Inclusion, and Regional Impact with EU Support
Funded by the European Union, RISE enhances capacity in vocational education and training (VET) for the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Western Balkans. Key objectives include strengthening links between VET systems and local labor markets, empowering social entrepreneurs, and creating economic opportunities. The project focuses on improving the skills of local incubators through co-constructed methodologies, training sessions, and peer learning. Additionally, RISE fosters international cooperation, bridging France and Germany with the Western Balkans.
